Luminance below this counts as ink (0–255). Typical scans ~200–210.

Line thickness (line art) Ink coverage threshold (line art)

0 = any ink marks the cell; else fraction of cell that must be ink.

Line crop padding (line art)

Padding around detected ink box (fraction of longer side).

Use Claude to interpret instructions

Sends image + instructions to Claude to suggest settings.

Privacy note

Images sent to Claude are processed by Anthropic. Leave this off to keep processing fully local.

AI cleanup is not configured. Set OPENAI_API_KEY or TATREEZ_AI_API_KEY, or TATREEZ_AI_MOCK=1 for local testing.
